GMS / FSi Website workshop -  Thursday 4th  July – Trojans FC - SO50 9HT

Several clubs have expressed an interest to use GMS as a one stop shop for all Club Admin, this includes for receiving payments and websiteBy the club putting a greater emphasis on GMS and using the application for the majority of club administration a great deal of benefits can be attained. Such as:

  • Costs of running a website are increasing (Hosting, storage etc or if they are using Pitchero, the annual fees and advertising)
  • Costs of paying online – GMS is competitive to others and linked to memberships and individuals
  • Duplicating effort – Managing multiple systems and working in silo and reducing volunteer hours
  • Individuals taking control over their own data and keeping it up to date (rather than the club admins)
  • Increase focus on data being up to date in GMS
  • All administration being completed in a single application, secure and backed up, changes to ticket Allocation, roll out of electronic Match Card & Online Player Registration

To support our clubs we have arranged a Hampshire GMS / FSi’s website workshop  to take place at Trojans FC on Thursday 4th  July

The schedule for the day is as follows:

  • 1300  Commence hourly individual Club Workshop with the last one starting at 1800
    • Six clubs – That are serious about linking their GMS data with the FSi’s website. Each club will receive a one hour focused session.  These slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  I must reinforce that these clubs should have a strong desire using the GMS / FSi’s website . (If inundated with request we will coordinate another workshop day).
