Friday Night Under Lights: Round 2  -  Millbrook RFC - 3rd February  - KO 1915

Having had such a successful evening at our inauguralFriday night under lights.

I would like to invite you to the second event that will be held on Friday 3rdFebruary once again at Millbrook RFC; KO 1915.

Listening to those players and clubs that attended(Locksheath Pumas; Southampton; Tottonians & Millbrook) the relaxed format of the evening that allowed for the rules to be adapted to the ability and fitness of the players went down very well and the games were played in a competitive but friendly environment which catered for all ages and abilities.

The format for Round 2 will stay the same:

Remember the idea is to engage those players who are not getting enough game time or perhaps are not playing competitive Saturday Rugby anymore.

This is an ideal time for ‘Father and sons’ ; Brothers and Cousins; Old school / college / uni friends;  ex-team mates to have a run out and enjoy some rugby time together.

If you are not part of a club but have a group of players that would like to form a team for the evening you are most welcome

Whoever turns up are guaranteed game time and the format of the evening will cater for squads of any number. (Southampton had three players and joined forces with Millbrook & Tottonians).

Games will be refereed by the England rugby development team; A qualified physio will be in attendance and a free drink and food will be provided post-match.

Entries:Millbrook RFC have already confirmed.

If you would like to join them please let me know no later than Tuesday 31stJanuary
